Museum – Memorial Site in Bełżec prepared a new museum lesson for students from the secondary and high schools.

The lesson Chroniclers from ‘the Atrocious Times.’ German Occupation of the Zamość Region in Writings of dr. Kulkowski, dr. Peter and dr. Pojarska will present chosen aspects of the Second World War history focusing on the Zamość region.

The lesson starts with a multimedia presentation about ‘the Chroniclers from the Atrocious Times’ with the narration of dr. Zygmunt Klukowski from Szczebrzeszyn, dr. Janusz Peter from Tomaszów Lubelski and dr. Stanisława Pojarska from Biłgoraj. After the lecture participants will work in groups on the source texts. This part of the lesson should enable them to take an active part by creating short speeches, reading short fragments from source texts, asking questions to the Museum’s employees and sharing their opinions.
