On 19 February, Rolf Nikel, the Ambassador of Federal Republic of Germany in the Republic of Poland, visited the Museum – Memorial Site in Bełżec.

The ambassador, accompanied by professor Andrzej Kidyba, the honorary consul of Federal Republic of Germany, visited the commemorating area of the former German Nazi death camp in Bełżec as well as the museum exhibition.

His stay in the museum was finished with paying tribute to the victims of the death camp in Bełżec, as he laid flowers in the Ohel Niche.
