The Museum and Memorial Site in Bełżec as part of the celebrations of the International Museum Day has prepared a special offer for those interested in history of the Nazi German extermination camp in Bełżec.

The celebration of the International Museum Day began on May 17, when free guided tours for students were held. On 18 and 19 May, visitors learned, among other things, how the process of the deportations to the camp looked like, what was Sonderkommando, what role it played in the camp and the history of those who managed to avoid death in the camp.

Over 150 people took advantage of the offer prepared by the Museum and Memorial Site in Bełżec within the International Museum Day.
