Once again the State Museum at Majdanek takes part in the Lublin Science Festival. This year it is for the 9th time. The institution has prepared five projects for nearly 1800 participants, which will be carried out from 21 to 25 September.

The programme developed by the Museum includes historical workshops “Discovering the cultural landscape of a memory place” and “Prisoners of KL Lublin. Workshops with the youth’s active participation.” It will be also possible to take part in thematic guided tours through the area of the former camp at Majdanek – “Vocabulary of the Holocaust” (a guided tour of the museum exhibition in English) and “Establishment and functioning of the concentration camp at Majdanek.” Moreover, there is a possibility to get acquainted with the historical exhibition “Prisoners of Majdanek” presented in barrack no. 62.
