On July 14, participants of the World Youth Day in the Diocese of Zamość-Lubaczów visited the Museum – Memorial Site in Bełżec. Pilgrims from Zhovkva and Lviv in Ukraine have become acquainted with the history of the German death camp in Bełżec, visited a historical exhibition and the grounds of the commemoration.

The youth from all over the world have also visited the State Museum at Majdanek where, especially for them, the exhibition “Blessed Priests from Majdanek – Roman Archutowski and Emilian Kowcz” has been presented. It commemorates the life of the priests – the former prisoners of KL Lublin, beatified by Pope John Paul II.
