The Society for the Protection of Majdanek, Catechetical Department of the Metropolitan Curia and the Children of the Zamość Region Association invite to the religious ceremony that will take place on the grounds of the State Museum at Majdanek on September 18, 2011 (Sunday).

Programme of the ceremony: 10:15 – rosary procession starting from Saint Maximilian Kolbe Church 11:00 – holy mass for the intention of people murdered in concentration camps, other Nazi execution sites as well as in Soviet labour-camps and prisons. It will be concelebrated by retired Archbishop Bolesław Pylak at the bottom of the Monument to Struggle and Martyrdom. The organizers invite schools, offices, veteran’s organizations and associations to enter their colour parties to take part in the celebrations.
