Crevasse-Path, Ohel Niche, the surface of the Cemetery-Grave Site, the railroad track sculpture. Since Wednesday, April 22nd, the Museum and the Memorial Site in Bełżec can be visited virtually. Just on the Museum website select the virtual museum tab and then a virtual tour.

Photos taken in the 360-degree panorama show elements of commemoration and the site of the former Nazi German death camp. For many years after the war, the site of the former death camp was abandoned and neglected. The first monument commemorating the victims was erected in December 1963. The monument complex in its current shape was opened on June 3, 2004, through the joint efforts of the American Jewish Committee and the Council for the Protection of Struggle and Martyrdom Sites. All the symbolic architectural structures of the memorial are intended to express the unimaginable tragedy of the people who were murdered in Bełżec.
