Staff members of the Museum and Memorial in Bełżec joined the nationwide "Daffodils" (Żonkile) campaign organized by the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews under the slogan "Memory Connects Us." As part of this initiative, a series of educational and commemorative activities were undertaken across various locations.

In cooperation with the Public Library of the Bełżec Commune, sessions were organized at the Communal Cultural Center in Bełżec for students from the "Little Oxford" Private Primary School in Tomaszów Lubelski and the School and Kindergarten Complex in Cieszanów. A lesson titled "I Will Write", aimed at grades 4–6, provided students with fundamental information regarding World War II and the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. Students were also given space to reflect on the importance of helping others, the role of friendship in difficult situations, and the power of words.

For grades 7–8, the "Power of Testimonies" workshop was conducted, focusing on individual stories and accounts from witnesses who experienced the atrocities of the Holocaust. Participants learned about the history of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising from the perspective of those who witnessed it firsthand.

Furthermore, in collaboration with the Władysław Broniewski Municipal Public Library in Lubaczów, educational sessions titled "Resistance Has Many Faces – Fighting and Saving Lives During WWII" were held for students of the Tadeusz Kościuszko High School in Lubaczów.

We encourage you to participate in future initiatives commemorating the victims of the Holocaust.
