Before your visit the Museum, we encourage you to read about its accessibility.

In the Museum building, where the historical exhibition is located, the floor is smooth with no thresholds that hinder movement. In addition, there is a toilet adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The information point in the Museum and Memorial in Bełżec is equipped with an audio induction loop. There are also designated spots for people with disabilities in the parking space of the Museum. Additionally, visitors requiring assistance while walking in the exhibition hall, can use the available wheelchairs free of charge. Guide dogs are permitted on the grounds of the former Nazi extermination camp. There is no sign language interpreter available on site.

The interior of the exhibition features a metal panel with an inscription, a display case and historical photographs.

Transport to the sculpture from railway rails by wheelchair is possible. The path leading to Niche Ohel is made from cobblestone which can make moving in a wheelchair, especially one without pneumatic tires, more difficult.

The area around Ohel Niche is not accessible for visitors with physical disabilities. The stairs located on both sides of the monument are quite steep. The area around the Monument-Cemetery, where the names of towns from which the victims were taken to Bełżec are displayed, is also not accessible to visitors with physical disabilities.
